Energon Green Solutions is pleased to announce that Co-Founder, Director and Head of Legal Spyros-Nikitas Tsamichas has been selected as a Fellow of the Future Leaders Fellowship 2026/2027, organised by the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre (E-ARC) and launched under the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Forum (EARF).
About the programme
The 2026/2027 cohort is built around a single question: in an era of rapid technological change and automated decision making, how do we protect core democratic values and build strategic resilience? The programme’s answer, and its central theme, is Human-Centric Leadership in the Age of AI.
Over the course of the fellowship, Fellows will examine how leadership, strategic communications and human agency must evolve alongside artificial intelligence, through:
- Interactive scenarios on technology and human agency
- Policy rooms simulating real decision making environments
- Applied tabletop exercises on resilience and crisis response
The cohort brings together fourteen emerging leaders from across Europe and is guided and coordinated on behalf of E-ARC by Carla Popescu. The programme is made possible with the generous support of Rohde & Schwarz.
Why it matters for Energon and our partners
Energon works at the intersection of sustainability, law and emerging technology. We help organisations turn climate and social commitments into verifiable action, using AI, blockchain, IoT and data tools to build evidence, engineer solutions and execute at scale. Much of that work depends on a question the fellowship puts at its centre: how do you deploy automated systems without losing the human judgment, accountability and trust that make them legitimate?
The fellowship directly informs how Energon approaches:
- Responsible AI and data governance in ESG reporting and impact measurement
- Trust, transparency and verifiability in tokenised green finance and digital bonds
- Resilience and security in smart city and IoT deployments
- The role of human oversight in automated sustainability decision making
Working alongside leaders from defence, policy, communications and technology, Spyros will bring back to Energon a sharper view of how AI driven systems shape institutions, public trust and strategic resilience, and how sustainability ventures can build that resilience in from the start.
“The climate transition and the AI transition are happening at the same time, and the organisations that get both right will be the ones that keep people at the centre of their decisions. This fellowship is a chance to work on that human side with leaders from very different fields, and to bring that thinking into what we build at Energon,” said Spyros-Nikitas Tsamichas.
Looking ahead
Energon will share insights from the programme over the coming months as part of its ongoing work on responsible innovation, digital resilience and human-centric sustainability.
